Path prefix not applied on ellipsis icon from the Assets Page

What's the issue?

When in a nested asset folder, clicking the ellipsis button to return to higher levels does not apply the path prefix.

Our url should be https://dagster.company.ca/admin/assets but returns as https://dagster.company.ca/assets

What did you expect to happen?

Expecting the path prefix to be applied properly.
