What's the use case?

I'm not sure exaclty how the order is determined now, but it seems to not be alphabetical, ideally I would be able to always have one kind (e.g., python) first and a second kind (e.g., bigquery or gcs).

Or for example I wanted to display the location an asset is hosted on the graph for more easy visibility, but if I swap us-west1 for europe-west1 or asia-southeast2 it changes the order.

Ideally we would be able to customize these fully and do things like make our own icons/use emojis (you can use emojis for compute_kind but not kinds(compute kind only allows 1 entry so doesn't fit these use cases)
