Twilio recently announced the notify API.

Their API endpoint differs from the rest (See docs here).

Is there someone working on it?

No one is working on it currently. I'd accept it if it was contributed though.

@danielberkompas I would like to take this one. Its probably gonna take couple of weeks as I would be working on this over weekend for few hours. Is that timeline fine?

It's waited this long, so I don't see any reason why it can't wait a few more weeks. 😄 👍

I saw that there are Notify resources in the codebase, but they don't appear to work. I need this functionality, so happy to work on it if this still an open issue, just wanted to confirm it was still a thing that needed doing and I wasn't just using the library incorrectly.
