VGA input only shows the blue signal on the screen

I use your code to add a new LCD panel, the HDMI input works perfectly, but the VGA input will only display the blue channel video on the screen, it lacks the red and green channels on the screen. I have checked my VGA cable and the signal is good by connect it to a PC monitor.

I wonder if you can suggest me possible debug directions?
