Hello all, I am a newbie in working in python. I have installed Python 3.8 on windows 7 (64 bit). But i guess the code that is provided here is for Linux. I am using PyCharm as IDE. I would be grateful if someone can help me in simulating this file on my windows 7. or at least suggest me the changes i need to make.

Maybe you can refer my codes forked from this repository.portal
I fixed some problems and run on PYTHON 3.7 and Window 10 successfully.
I am also a beginner of PYTHON. I hope it works for you.😀
