Technically, STs and MVs are just special types of views, with table_type set to STREAMING_TABLE and MATERIALIZED_VIEW correspondingly.

We need to investigate if we can support it in databricks_sql_table... Or maybe it makes sense to introduce new resources (also for normal views as well)
