Describe the bug
When creating a workspace using API and providing a nonexistent parameter (here: target = default instead of local), workspace lingers in the list, and we cannot remove it using CLI daytona rm -f -a.
This could be similar to #1728 (in that instance ws were created with CLI but provider/target got removed in the meantime and for some reason no cleanup was done)
