[feature request] Smart Website Manga Update file system.

<> I don't have much understanding of the project working so bear with me, I would assume some things here and there.

I usually update the manga list using the "update manga list" button for some of the website modules, and I believe other folks would do the same. This step is very time-consuming for some website modules. So I was wondering If we could add a feature that allows us to upload our updated list to the server. So that other folks can use the "Download manga list from server" button to get the updated list. It would save time for everybody. Having a feature to show when that list was updated would also help me to decide if I should update the list from the server or not depending on whether the last "list" that I fetched is too old or not.

People can contribute their latest manga list to here.
In the older FMD version, the database server have a list with the date.
If you want and have the time, you can do the same for the current server.
