Japanese Windows 3.1?

My goal is to run some Japanese software that requires Japanese text display as part of the Internet Archive Software Library.

I can install 3.1 Japanese in dosbox-x if required Windows. Though I'm aware there's a particular combination of settings required in dosbox to keep Japanese Windows 3.1 happy.

So it would need both Japanese Windows 3.1 at
https://archive.org/details/emularity_win31

And a compatible dosbox that supports Japanese Windows 3.1.
