I've uploaded a 32X PAL version image to IA, and it seems the "32xe" emulator is not available.

Is it possible to enable it? Am I doing something wrong?

Only a subset of the systems that MAME supports are actually available on archive.org. Sometimes this is a technical limitation (some systems don’t run well enough or fast enough in the browser), other times it is simply because few items are available for the system, or lack of time to do proper QA.
