Right now, the Performance block displays performance in RPS and QPS in the header.

I propose to move these data to the right side of the header level, separate them logically, possibly display them as labels.

Possibly add Tooltip hover pop-ups explaining what RPS and QPS mean

The template is placed in a file
/templates/control.html

This also uses JS from the templates/footer.html file
