databus identifiers got broken by migration #175

there was a complaint that some databus file identifiers are not accessible anymore.

published id (from legacy databus)
https://databus.dbpedia.org/dnkg/cartridge-input/kb/2020.09.29/kb_partition=person_set=thes_content=facts_origin=export.nt.bz2

new id on new databus
https://databus.dbpedia.org/dnkg/cartridge-input/kb/2020.09.29/kb_content=facts_origin=export_partition=organization_set=thes.nt.bzip2

note the reordering of the content variants and the bzip2 file suffix
