Update the event creation/editing page to not capture dates for application open/close, review open/close etc for events that are of type CONTINUOUS_JOURNAL

Hi Shreya, just FYI, @danielamassiceti is busy making changes to the event configuration so it would make sense to wait for her to complete those before doing this issue. Thanks!
