The Cancer Genomics Atlas (https://cancergenomole.nih.gov/) is probably the largest repository of cancer related genomics data. Adding tooling that would enable easy construction of DeepChem style deep-learning models on this data would be very useful.
Omics-pipe (https://bitbucket.org/sulab/omics_pipe) appears to be a python toolkit for interfacing with TCGA data, but doesn't appear to have been updated in the last year.
