There has been major development going on in the city that is gentrifying and pushing out communities of color all of this under the allowance of the Zoning Board, City Councilmembers, and Mayor. There is a major project development to be built at 143-151 Woodworth Ave that extra limits actual zoning regulations by proposing to build tw0 32 stories buildings mix use commercial and residential it will increase traffic in the Area, increase overcrowding at schools and block natural access to natural light and views of the Hudson River. It will detrimentally change the fabric and composition of our community and our neighborhood.
