[Bug] Download stuck at deleting original files

Describe the bug

see this demonstration video.

i could confirm:

1. i did not exit the app when download is at progress.
2. the app did not crash.
3. my internet is fine.
4. ytdlnis got all the permission allowed.
5. toggling some settings (like keeping the fragments, write to cache first, clear temp files).
6. only happen at version 1.8.3.
7. the cached files already removed but the progress stuck at deleting original files.
8. the merged file exists at the cached folder location.
9. the merged file did not moved to desired download location.

Expected behavior

it should finish the download.

1. just download like normal.
