Onboarding scripts are failing (wasn't updated to account for push consent changes from this sprint), so I'll test that portion manually. Link to run, assistive tech this sprint is switch control.

Finished testing - in addition to the onboarding script failure (#10117) mentioned above, I found two sev-3 issues that are introduced by this release:

• BUG - sev-3 - All - Onboarding bullet points have insufficient contrast in light mode (new in 2.41) #10135 Onboarding bullet points have insufficient contrast in light mode
• BUG - sev-3 - All - Screen reader callout on last page of onboarding carousel is incorrect #10137 Screen reader callout on last page of onboarding carousel is incorrect
