This work is to be completed by Flagship teams before RC branch is cut and completed by engineering. Flagship team to provide release manager with the ticket this work was completed in for reference.

All automated tests passed (iOS and Android), so no additions to the manual script this time. Assistive tech rotation is screenreader.

Release testing complete. I found a few bugs during manual testing, and have confirmed they are all also present in the 2.42 RC build.
