Put together documentation for the comparative analysis for the onboarding work.

12/16/2024: I have finished roughly half of the comparative analysis. I have analyzed 5 (of 9) of the apps chosen.

Needed to complete:

Finish analyzing the remaining 4 apps
Using the completed analysis table, answer the remaining questions (about the apps)
Write up / make a final recommendation
