5.) Please explain what problem you are trying to solve.

As a VHA patient, I want to be able to view key medical record data such as lab/test results, allergies, and vaccines in the mobile app alongside of other health functions, so I can quickly access useful health information.

6.) Please explain how this change would work.

Initial discussion has focused on adding a new card under the Health section named "Medical Records", then within that card three subsections: Lab/Test Results; Allergies; and Vaccinations. Within each subsection, a date selector (30 day periods), and list view. Then detail view for each entry. No images for lab/test results (send users to VA.gov for those), no "share my data" functionality.
