Description of Change

the automated release coordination ticket is Zenhub-based, so it exists on the Zenhub board but not in GHP.

As we are migrating from Zenhub to GitHub board, we also need to migrate the automation of the release coordination ticket to GitHub.

Note:

After some research, I was able to configure our project's built-in workflows to automatically add items to project. I end up not changing the code.
I also added labels 'bug' and 'QA and Release' to move all nightly detox failing ticket to Github.

Test Result:
Release issues was created on our Mobile SoS Board during testing
