As a member of the VAHB mobile app team, I want to know when veterans are unable to use the app because of planned downtime, so that we can understand and report on the real-world impact to veterans, from planned downtimes.
As part of this story we want to:
Create an analytic event (mw_shown) that would be counted when a veteran sees the maintenance window alert in the app
Make sure that the screen the veteran is on when viewing the alert is also recorded (ex: they were trying to look at their claims, so we record "claims history list" or whatever that screen is called)
