Work and effort for Quality Assurance and Release Management (Qart) to improve Mobile DevOps and Release process. Continuation of #9030
Items may include:

• Release documentation (process maps, steps, reports)
• QA build improvements / fixes
• CI changes
• Maintaining App Store requirements (certifications, etc)
• Relevant Slack messaging
• Documentation to explain mobile app release process
