Description

The Form Builder designs call for a three-tab layout for a navigation bar. This ticket captures the work to add that layout/interaction to the Form Builder template.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Form Builder pages show the Forms, Content and Layout tabs.
  • Only tabs that link to defined pages will currently function.
