21-22a: PDF not receiving the serviceBranch

Expected vs. Actual

Expected: The Veteran's branch of service (entered in veteran-service) is added to the generated 21-22a PDF.

Actual: Field 6 "Branch of Service" in the generated 21-22a PDF remains blank, despite making a selection in the Appoint experience.

The frontend gathers this serviceBranch information on the veteran-service screen, but is not submitting it to the backend under the Veteran object in the request. The submitted branch should be in this list: ARMY NAVY AIR_FORCE MARINE_CORPS COAST_GUARD SPACE_FORCE NOAA USPHS.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select an attorney or claims agent (I chose Lindsay Cress who is an attorney)
2. Navigate through the experience to the veteran-service screen
3. Select a branch of service "Army"
4. Navigate through the rest of the experience and proceed to download the PDF
5. The PDF should have "Army" checked in Field 6, but it's actually blank.

Unable to generate the 21-22 at this time, so I cannot confirm if these changes are in place.

Tried a handful of options -- Army, Navy and Marine Corps -- and the generated 21-22a form is reflecting this accurately.
