Issue Description

The ARF team needs a way to display POA requests in cards for the pilot.
The proposed content to show on card is:

  • POA status
  • POA submission date
  • Days to expiration
  • Name of claimant
  • relationship to Veteran [Veteran, Parent, Sibling]
  • Name of VSO
  • Claimant city/state/zip
  • [REMOVE consent limitations]

Other design notes to implement:

  • The content should flow down on cards vs horizontal.
  • The design should account for mobile sizing of cards.

Redesign of cards with above proposed content added, designs reviewed with team.
