Background

User testing of Appoint a Representative MVP on VA.gov with non-AT and AT users. Resources in Slack

Tasks

  • Request research review in research-ops Slack channel, include previous approval link in Slack canvas
  • Update user test to reflect collab cycle edits
  • Kick-off with Perigean
  • Create sign-up sheet, stakeholder preference is in Sharepoint, put in research folder
  • Create observer kick-off video, or have a 15 - 20 minute kick-off meeting with observers
  • Conduct pilot session, recommend AT pilot with CAIA, Jenny Q, Michael and Lindsay

Acceptance Criteria

  • All tasks complete
