Confirmation page (new version for digital submission)

Background

For Appoint MVP, the confirmation page is the download page, but for v2.0, the confirmation page will need to have dynamic content:

1. Users who are on the PDF generation pathway will need to continue to see the download page.
2. Users who are on the digital submission pathway will need to see new content that's more typical of a confirmation page for form experiences.

Implementation note:

• The "Print this page" button should trigger the browser Print functionality of the confirmation page. The page has print styles that seem to hide the navigation and show a VA seal. This is hopefully available out of the box. Example:

• Create the new version of the Confirmation page based on the designs above
• Set up the proper logic for displaying the page as documented in the Appoint Planning Mural

Acceptance Criteria

• Users will see a new version of the confirmation page, after submitting their POA request online.
