Requesting asynchronous approval to add a variation of the action link that is larger (20px font) to the design system
Purpose
Several tools in the Unified Appointment Experience are moving toward a more visually prominent action link as the standard action link is frequently overlooked.
Usage
On the appointments home page, the "start scheduling" link is the first action on the page and is intended to be of higher affordance, but with the addition of other tasks and items, it has started to lose visual prominence. This is also the case with other tools as well. Secure Messaging has this already being used in production.
Examples
Accessibility
This is a visual change that would not impact accessibility
Guidance
This variation would be used to differentiate from other action links.

Sorry, didn't realize this was an async request. We have a request on the backlog already for a larger, more prominent Primary action link: #1459 It was filed by Josh Kim awhile ago and Jeana and I worked on it with Brian. It tested well, we just haven't shipped it yet on the Forms team because of Silent failure work. But it is ready to add to the Design System. ETA would be next quarter but we could get you the Figma files and pointers to where it exists in code if you all wanted to give it a go and test it further.
Happy to discuss in tomorrow's DSC or continue to discuss async.
