During formation deprecation we discovered that some pieces of vets-website still rely on legacy formation javascript.
The most significant part of vets-website that uses this is the sitewide footer, which still relies on some logic that looks for usa-accordion classes. A quick search in vets-website shows a handful of other applications using related classes.
Most, if not all of the instances, should be converted to web components.
