What problem does this solve?

When wanting to learn more about the USWDS version of the components we are using, often they have different names.

On VADS, we have a component, that is buried under "forms" called "Progress indicator - segmented"

That same pattern on USWDS is called "Step indicator"

It would be good if we aligned in our naming, or at least understood why/when we diverge.

We would also want to make sure the component names align in figma as well
