The current Date input (VaDate) component has bug issues

What happened

What I expected to happen

Reproducing

• Formation version:
• Device: ( iPhone 8 >, Macbook) all versions
• Browser: (Firefox, IE 11, Chrome) all versions

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to a VaDate component
2. Click on the Day Input box first
3. Observe that there are no numbers, and then switch out by clicking outside of the input box
4. An error appears to enter a day between 1 and 31 but there are no numbers available within the Day input box
