Currently if you try to switch to the ical.js script, copy it, whatever Google Apps Script starts to stall (because it's a big file). Instead of this, I believe we could use ical.min.js and just replace it with the full ical.js when we need to debug into it.

Thoughts?

The changes made to ical.js in this commit are still used in the current version.
