どうせみんなドキュメントを書かないならコードに入れてメンテナンス不足に気付けるようにする。

実装とそれに紐付いたコメントが入ったドキュメントが出来上がるので、
開発版のドキュメント置き場を作ってCIで吐き出す寸法になりそう。
