Hey,
thanks for the awesome project. I forked the project and updated it a bit because i needed some newer api-calls.

To make it easier to bundle it with my project (i made the changes for) i uploaded it to pypi:

https://pypi.org/project/pyetherpadlite/

If you are intrested i can make a PR with the changes.
