rework cobigen-setup tutorial

The tutorial wiki generation involves some changes that has to be done for the tutorials.

The name of the function nextKatacodaStep has been changed to make it clearer that there is no functional content allowed.

1. use a higher header level for Prerequisites and Learning goals.
2. remove the katacodasyntax from cobigensetup.md and commandsAndOptions.md. Use the functions and write the commands into index.asciidoc and convert the files to asciidoc.
3. convert eclipseIntegration.md, simpleModeUsage.md, batchModeUsage.md, healthCheckTroubleshooting-Conclusion.md to asciidoc.
4. add a newline to the Conclusion chapter when the enumeration starts.
