This error can be reproduced on: IE, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari (desktop and mobile).

Steps to reproduce:

Open devtreff.io.
Scroll down to the slider.
Click on the slider button.
See that the slider doesn't change.

Expected result:
The slider changes to next slider page - DevTreff Münsterland

It was noticed that the slider sometimes starts working.
This behavior is however very random.
