[Suggestion] Adjust toast position when keyboard appear

Hi, currently we show toast on keyboard.
However, we have some matter that we have to control window level.

How about adjust top position of toast?
It will look like this.

That would be an interesting optional feature. I think I've read before that some people would be indeed interested.

But we would still need the "above keyboard" option for the majority of people who want the toasts always visible and always at the bottom.

Okay, I understand. We have to keep "above keyboard" feature.
To apply this suggestion, I have to make it as optional choice.

@wudijimao it's impossible to make a release until we get @devxoul attention as he's the sole maintainer of the pod: https://cocoapods.org/pods/Toaster.

But you can use pod 'Toaster', :git => 'https://github.com/devxoul/Toaster.git', :branch => 'master' to always get the latest.
