Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Our current table example isn't the best and had issues flagged by DAC. reactable uses the react table js library and has some neat options.

Describe the solution you'd like
At least one example of a simple but accessible table, showing how to sort using custom sort arrows (maybe use the MoJ ones - ), and following this guidance for customising - https://glin.github.io/reactable/articles/cookbook/cookbook.html#custom-sort-indicators

Describe alternatives you've considered
DT, but reactable looks like it might be easier to customise and get what we want

Additional context
Consider table search and pagination too
