font issue in pdflatex #20

i was trying to generate markdown -> pdf
i have installed texlive-core

but when trying to run the command a error pops up
stderr: !pdfTeX error: pdflatex (file lmsy10): Font lmsy10 at 600 not found

PS: i am on manjaro
