Bing doesn't work in China

In China cn.bing.com should be used instead. Maybe this can be handled automatically (POST doesn't follow redirect so I guess this needs to be done manually), or allow the user to choose a different instance.

@linsui Do you know if https://location.services.mozilla.com/ is reliable in China? We could choose the instance conditionally on that result.
