[Bug report] 画布外面的加了一个div设置有滚动条，当滚动条滚动的时候然后拖动的哪个虚拟线就不对了 #1375

没滚动的时候线会跟着鼠标走，
有滚动的时候他就距离一个滚动距离了。这种我要怎么去改他呢
