Create Profile in FitContribution initialization

Simplify setup of FitContribution objects and enforce profile-per-contribution ownership of the Profiles:

• adjust FitContribution.__init__
• adjust setProfile to copy the data to the existing instance
• support renaming of parameter proxies to the profile variables
