Hello,

We have three users on our self-hosted instance (Cloudron), all are admin.

User 1 and 2 see each other's files / folders / submissions but not those of user 3, while user 3 only see their files / folders / submissions. This seems like a bug as I don;t think there is a sharing setting, is there?

@avatar1024 maybe you invited your second user into the testing environment that's why they can see only testing documents - but not your main user/account documents ?

Thanks for the response. When I try to add a new user, I don't have a choice to add them to specific files or folders (or indeed to a testing environment). All users have been added the same way (I added them all). Just one of them seems to see only their files / folders / submissions, while two of us see each other's files / folders / submissions.

@avatar1024 do you have all those 3 users on the /settings/users page?

Also for additional info we are in fact 4 users and I've just checked with the 4th one. They can all see all files / folders / submissions. So it seems only one users files / folders / submissions are isolated.
