Hi,

I normalized my gene family input data by single-copy gene abundance, and think it would be appropriate to perform statistical test directly on the normalized data, rather than on relative proportions. Do you agree? Is there a way to perform the implemented tests on the sequence count (normalized gene abundances) rather than on %?

Thanks!
