[client-preset] - create a plugin to apply modifications to both generated types and ast

I have the following code, it helps me to remove a specified ignored field throught a directive (works only on the first element for now), the query sent to the client doesn't have the field removed but the types generated still have it. How do i solve this using the client preset?
