Templates missing Localization

There are some templates that are missing localization.

The following templates have the translations in the lcl files, but do not have some or all of the translations in the json files:

• maui-contentview-xaml
• maui-contentpage-csharp
• maui-blazor-solution
• maui-mobile
• maui-lib
• maui-contentview-csharp
• maui-resourcedictionary-xaml
• maui-contentpage-xaml
• maui-blazor

The following templates do not have any lcl files suggesting they are not being added to the LocProject.json properly if wanted:

• maui-window-xaml
• maui-window-csharp
• maui-multiproject

There is an open ticket and conversation being had with the Loc team about this now but this issue will track this progress.
