描述一下BUG
Mysql8.0.17执行前移时报错，似乎Function组合键引起的。

重现步骤
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.删除Migrations文件夹；
2.执行dotnet ef migrations add InitialCreate；
3.执行dotnet ef database update；

期望行为
应该成功

运行环境
vs2019,vscode均试过，windows10，macos均报相同的错误。
