Describe the bug

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. A file containing 
    /// A is caused by creating an instance of `Foo` on basis `Bar`.
  2. Run cargo spellcheck ...
  3. Get weird suggestion of on to become online.

Expected behavior

Be ok.

quirk: disable nlprules by default

The first experience counts, so disabling nlprules until
issue #242 is resolved, seems reasonable.
