If/how to add "non-standard" concepts

would it make sense to start adding "non-standard concepts" such as the X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining, and X-RateLimit-Reset HTTP header fields defined by https://developer.github.com/v3/#pagination? it might be useful to have a place where these are made available, but maybe the main site is not the best place? would it make sense to add a complete "parallel universe" of proprietary/non-standard concepts?
